Huge congratulations to our client Greg for taking home Gold in Bench Press at the Canada Powerlifting National Championships in St. John’s!

His dedication, consistency, and hard work in training have paid off in a big way. It’s been awesome supporting him along the way and seeing the progress firsthand.

A big shoutout as well to our physiotherapist Saro and RMT Ashley, who have both been part of Greg’s care team helping him stay healthy, recover well, and continue performing at his best.
