We’re excited to welcome Jessica to the clinic for her 4th clinical placement in the University of Toronto MScPT program! 🎓

Jessica brings a background in Kinesiology & Health Science and a Master’s in Fitness Science from York University, with experience across paediatrics, acute care, ICU, and MSK settings.

She’s passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting patients through their rehab journey 💪

Outside the clinic, she enjoys indoor bouldering, weightlifting, and staying active with friends.

We're excited to introduce our Postpartum Core & Strength Class series 🤍

This 5-week, small-group exercise series is led by Alyssa, Registered Physiotherapist & Pelvic Health Provider at The Physio Spot. The program is tailored for parents in the early stages of postpartum recovery who are looking to safely rebuild strength, improve core function, and regain confidence in their bodies.

Program Details:
📅 Dates: Wednesdays, May 6 – June 3, 2026
⏰ Time: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
📍 Location: Stouffville Clinic (inside Urban Strength)
👥 Format: Small-group sessions (limited spots)
💰 Cost: 5 classes for $200 (eligible for extended health benefits)
