Meet Catherine, one of our physiotherapists at our Markham location!

Catherine has pursued extensive education in pelvic health, including multiple courses from Pelvic Health Solutions. She continues to advance her knowledge and thoroughly enjoys treating pelvic-related disorders.

In addition to her pelvic health expertise, Catherine has completed courses in the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy program for the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She also holds a Diploma in Sports Massage.

Catherine is passionate about fitness and is heavily involved in training men and women in a gym setting. She enjoys helping people achieve their fitness, functional, and aesthetic goals.

Krystal keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes! With years of experience in operations, client relations, and team leadership, she’s passionate about creating a welcoming and efficient environment where both patients and staff can thrive.

Known for her organization, calm under pressure, and genuine care for others, Krystal ensures every detail — from scheduling to patient experience — runs seamlessly. She loves connecting with people, supporting her team, and helping make each visit as easy and stress-free as possible.

Outside the clinic, Krystal channels her creativity and love for adventure as an Independent Travel Consultant, designing personalized trips that help others explore the world. When she’s not managing the clinic or planning someone’s next getaway, you can find her spending time with family, discovering new destinations, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a tasty Ice Capp!

Meet Jayme, a pelvic health provider, paediatric physiotherapist, and the clinic director of The Physio Spot!

Jayme Filgiano is a registered physiotherapist who specializes in women’s health, pediatrics, and orthopedics. She has completed postgraduate training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy for both adult and pediatric populations, addressing conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and pregnancy-related pelvic health concerns.

Jayme earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Before that, she obtained her Honours Specialization in Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University and played varsity basketball.

Outside of her professional life, Jayme enjoys hiking, biking, and cheering on the Raptors. You can book a session with Jayme at our Stouffville location!
