• Maureen (Mo) — Hatha Flow | Mondays at 7am & 7pm + Men’s Yoga | Every other Wednesday at 8pm
• Julia — Vinyasa Flow | Tuesdays at 6:30am & Saturdays at 8am
• Sarah R. — Strength & Sound Flow (with singing bowls) | Tuesdays at 8pm
• Lesley — Yin & Yang | Wednesdays at 6:30pm + June Intro to Yoga Series
• Melissa — Breathwork | Every other Wednesday at 8pm
• Sarah Comper — Power Vinyasa (Every Body) | Thursdays at 8am
• Marg (Studio Manager) — Mindful Movement (Stretch & Restore) | Thursdays at 7pm
• Eboni – Friday Flow | Friday mornings at 6:30am
• Christine — Meditation & Movement | Saturdays at 9:30am
