I have had another two last minute cancelations for tomorrow both between 10-1 Revolution Physiotherapy and Massage . One was a 60 and another a 90 min if anyone has been waiting to get in.

Also just a reminder this week alone I have had 6 cancelations with little less than a 24 hour heads up and it can be difficult to fill or get people to come in with little time to reach out.

I was up at 3:30 AM with Lower back pain. Decided to get up and stretch with my red light but ended up working out stretching enjoying my Red Light and then started moving on to my morning coffee and sat in the dark and silence before everyone woke up for the day. Figured I would share a little information on Red Light Therapy.

I had a another Spot open up next week on the 16th at Revolution Physiotherapy and Massage for a 60 min at 10:20 that was cancelation if anyone wants an appointment sooner then they already have booked :) its the only spot left for next week currently. Yes! Please do your research ask questions and always make sure you traveled down every possible road given to you before considering this route.

I never say don't I am no way a Dr or Specialist but I do know my soft tissues, nerves, joints and body capabilities and have been educated well enough to do well at my job. I always encourage clients to ask themselves what else have they tried and what does their long term goals and hopes for outcome look like to them.
