Just added another course to my practice I am now trained in Myoskeletal alignment for upper and lower body. This technique will be its own therapy sessions, coming soon…. For these massages you will come in sports wear.. ..
I look forward to continuing this education to get my Master Myoskeletal therapist (MAT) certificate.

Next workshop to attain is K- taping.

Myoskeletal Alignment is a therapeutic system that focuses on the interconnected relationship between the muscles (myo) and the skeleton (skeletal) to correct imbalances, improve posture, and alleviate chronic pain. It views the body as a whole, addressing the root causes of dysfunction rather than just the symptoms. Techniques combine deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and corrective exercises to restore proper function and balance.
The goal is to resolve issues caused by muscle imbalances, where tight, overactive muscles are paired with weak, inhibited ones. When described these imbalances are considered as "crossed syndromes" in the upper and lower body.

October is approaching…. Please come check out the infant massage I am offerrring it’s from 0-12 months and older. Frc has changed it times to help accommodate the families that cannot make it to an afternoon class (usually most babies nap time) to 10:30-11:30. Also i will make sure to have goodies there for us to enjoy after.

I will also offer a zoom link so that if you want to do it from the comfort of your home, or we’re having a hard time getting out of the house due to routine. You can set up the camera/ phone and join in with us.
