Many times it has to do with emotional and spiritual issues of what has happened to them or their upbringing. There is nothing greater in life than helping someone find the source of their suffering! Why is being ourselves one of the most challenging things in life? I have this wicked sense of humour inherited from my dad. He was hilarious back in the day. I loved being goofy with him. I loved making him laugh and I think vice versa as he made me laugh so many times without even trying. It's like this gift that we both took for granted. Life all of a sudden got serious, the humour died a bit, we grew up, he has even passed on. Don't even get me started on what Covid did to our laughter.
This weekend I am remembering the fun and the joy and the laugh and how important it is to keep humour in our lives. I'm at a writing retreat and the resident writer is Meredith Hambrock who shared her experience writing comedy for Corner Gas Animated and YTV. Her direction has sparked this joy and remembrance to open this door in my life. I am working on the third book in the series I started, and have decided at this moment that it is going to be dedicated to my dad. Gosh, I love you and I miss laughing with you.

Living a Spiritual life takes a lot of courage sometimes, especially if people know you a certain way and then suddenly, you find a missing piece of yourself and start exploring it. It changes you, and it can be super uncomfortable. You may lose relationships, you may seek a different career, you may feel super lonely and like no one understands you. I get it! All of it!!

This is a shout out to my spiritual friends to show the world a little more of who you are. There are people waking up right now and feeling the isolation and confusion. I just want to encourage you to shine your light so the others can find you.

You are body, you are mind and you are spirit. ✌️

As many people know, we have tried to sell our office building a few times and it’s never worked. I’ve questioned my manifesting magic and pretty much resigned to the fact that the timing isn’t right. I surrender! 🏳️

Similar to my soul laughing when I said I wanted to retire ….’you didn’t come back here to retire’ it loudly said to me.

I see the community needing healing, needing presence, needing calm. We can offer all of that and it’s truly what lights us up inside. Not retiring believe it or not. So this fall we welcome physiotherapist Kirsten Large, we welcome teachers which will share (Shauna - Engage your Rage) we welcome new services to the community such as Life Coaching and Energy Healing and most of all we welcome YOU to experience true healing and wellness. In this poisonous world, where do you go to heal your body, mind and spirit?

It takes a lot of strength and courage to not go beyond your boundaries. It takes a lot to stick to what you value in life and to find that piece of authenticity that may seem foreign at first, but then is recognizable. It's very easy to move back to who you were - even if you didn't like that version of you, because it was easy there, and it was safe. If I can encourage you at all....keep seeking the real you. It will be worth it without compromise for those around you. It's your life now isn't it?

How it all began...

MY MISSION: I teach people who may be stuck or wandering aimlessly through life, who feel uninspired and unsupported, to find joy and re-connection to their own spirit, so they can live with more clarity and ability to reach their highest potential!

I started my Massage Therapy career in 1998. Since then, the bodies that I have had the honor to work on have been telling me their story of how the dis-ease has started. It is not always a physical reason why people experience pain and suffering. Many times it has to do with emotional and spiritual issues of what has happened to them or their upbringing. A lot of the time it can me withheld emotions that we were either too young or did not know how to process. After years of study, classes, workshops, books and mentors, I have finally decided to explore this next chapter of my own life to further help others. I am a Certified Medical Intuitive whom graduated from International College of Medical Intuition in Vancouver Canada in 2016. I am currently taking new clients for this service and you do not need to be in the same room as me to receive Medical Intuition. I also see clients in person with Massage Therapy in my studio in Wholelife Wellness in Meadow Lake Saskatchewan Canada. Get in touch if I can serve you in these ways.
