It's super hard if you do this in reverse! It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and look at the things that are keeping you stuck. (I'm in the middle of doing more of this now) But just imagine being on the other side of your pain for a moment. Feel that - move towards that - speak as though is has already arrived. And when you have done the work, share with others how to become free, how to live with more ease. 🥰
