Many times it has to do with emotional and spiritual issues of what has happened to them or their upbringing. There is nothing greater in life than helping someone find the source of their suffering! Spiritual growth often feels like loss before it feels like gain.
Letting go of old beliefs, relationships, identities, or coping mechanisms can feel like a death of self. Many people mistake this stage for failure, but it’s actually a natural shedding process.

This was very true for me back in 1999. In fact all of it, beliefs, relationships, my identity as to who I thought I was all fell away. It was super painful but honestly, ...worth it!

I see this often in my coaching practice too. Who we think we are suppose to be starts to become very uncomfortable as it is no longer who we really are. We change. Life changes. We can fight it and that's where the discomfort comes in, or we can work with it and see what's on the other side.

If you are feeling this struggle and need some guidance, reach out. It helps to have a cheerleader beside you who can see another perspective, who can encourage and help you stay the course that is your destiny. Coaching packages are available.

How it all began...

MY MISSION: I teach people who may be stuck or wandering aimlessly through life, who feel uninspired and unsupported, to find joy and re-connection to their own spirit, so they can live with more clarity and ability to reach their highest potential!

I started my Massage Therapy career in 1998. Since then, the bodies that I have had the honor to work on have been telling me their story of how the dis-ease has started. It is not always a physical reason why people experience pain and suffering. Many times it has to do with emotional and spiritual issues of what has happened to them or their upbringing. A lot of the time it can me withheld emotions that we were either too young or did not know how to process. After years of study, classes, workshops, books and mentors, I have finally decided to explore this next chapter of my own life to further help others. I am a Certified Medical Intuitive whom graduated from International College of Medical Intuition in Vancouver Canada in 2016. I am currently taking new clients for this service and you do not need to be in the same room as me to receive Medical Intuition. I also see clients in person with Massage Therapy in my studio in Wholelife Wellness in Meadow Lake Saskatchewan Canada. Get in touch if I can serve you in these ways.
