For Dayla, pharmacy has always been about putting people first 🤍 As the owner of Southview Pharmacy, she believes that true healthcare begins with listening — taking the time to understand each person’s concerns, goals, and what “feeling well” truly means to them. This philosophy has guided her entire career and continues to shape how Southview Pharmacy serves the community every single day.

Dayla has completed advanced training in hormone replacement therapy through the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA), earned a weight management certification from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and is a Certified Bariatric Educator with Obesity Canada 🎓 She pursued this specialized training because she saw firsthand how many people felt unheard, frustrated, or stuck — and she wanted to be someone who could offer real solutions, education, and hope.

What truly sets Dayla apart is her compassion and generous heart 💙 She is not only a dedicated pharmacist and owner, but also a great boss — supportive, encouraging, and deeply respectful of her team. Meet Ahmed 👋💊

Ahmed graduated from the College of Pharmacy in 1999 and went on to earn his Master’s degree in Medicinal Chemistry 🧪. As the owner of the pharmacy, he brings decades of knowledge and experience to everything he does. He is a prescribing pharmacist who has truly mastered both the art and science of compounding, always striving to provide the highest level of care for his patients 🤍.

What truly sets Ahmed apart is his dedication to the people he serves. He is incredibly hardworking, thoughtful, and deeply committed to personalized patient care 🌿. His kind heart and genuine compassion are felt by everyone who walks through our doors, and he leads the pharmacy with integrity, care, and passion every single day.
