Who is Connie?

My Journey: I was born and raised in Medicine Hat - this city is my home and I love it as much as I love the people in it. I have been blessed to have a career that I love. For the past 27 years I owned and ran Phase II Boutique, a high-end, consignment store for women’s clothing and accessories. It made me so happy to help my customers find that perfect outfit, to see them glow when they looked in the mirror and saw their outer beauty match their inner beauty. I thoroughly enjoyed this for decades and was also blessed to start a family and raise an amazing daughter. Even with all of this, which I was so grateful for daily, I always felt like something was missing. I knew I was neglecting a growing passion and soon, holding back this aptitude and ability led to health issues. Even my body knew something had to change, my own system was telling me something wasn’t right.

You’re likely wondering what this ability was. At first, I was too. I didn’t understand why I remembered things, clear as day, from when I was a baby or why I just “knew” things that others didn’t. I quickly found my intuition to be uncanny – there were too many instances to just chalk it up to luck or coincidence. As time went on, I was constantly being reminded of my ability and felt compelled to use it to help others. I tried to resist it and I had plenty of excuses to not do readings, but the push got stronger and stronger until I could no longer deny it. Growth: By the time I was in my thirties and forties, it was getting so strong. It was hard to understand and accept that what I was experiencing and discovering was that I had an aptitude for being a medium for messages. Even I was skeptical but thankfully, as time went on, things became very clear.

I once received a call from a lady down east whose sister-in-law was dying, and they could not figure out what was wrong with her. With overwhelming certainty, my intuition told me it was a blood disorder that ran back three generations on her father’s side. The lady asked the doctors to investigate this possibility and they confirmed the diagnosis. I’m thrilled to say her sister-in-law recovered and is alive and well today. This was a turning point for me, I knew my ability was a genuine gift and once I felt what it was like to really be able to help someone with life changing results – there was no turning back. There were several other situations that followed this, including helping locate missing people and helping solve criminal investigations. Finally, in 2018, I found out Nirvana 101 was hosting a Mediumship class, so I decided to take it to prove to myself once and for all, that I really had what it took. I loved the class the team at Nirvana kept pushing me to step into myself and my gifts. That was exactly what I needed to take the leap and start doing readings publicly.

What I can do for you: I recently sold my business so I can focus more of my time and effort on readings. I have to say that one of the most rewarding things is watching people shift after a session. When a person comes in feeling somewhat despondent with so many uncertainties but leaves walking taller, prouder and lighter simply because I was able to connect with the person or answers they sought – there is no more fulfilling feeling. To be able to use my ability and intuition to deliver them the information they are meant to know means the world to me because you can truly see them change as they release the burdens that were holding them down. I am so excited to commit to having a full-time space at Nirvana and being available to help more people. It fills my heart with so much joy when a client gets their “aha” moment or message that is exactly what they needed at that time. I can’t wait to see who all is drawn to come see me.
