Emotions can take 90 seconds to process AND sometimes that just doesn’t happen.

Sometimes our emotions are not fully felt in that moment, they can get stuck in your body. Unprocessed emotions may manifest in physical symptoms. Your body may be screaming at you to free these emotions.
