Your vehicle maintenance and your Body maintenance are the same thing both are equally important yet most tend to forget the up keep of our most important investment and that is ourselves. Our Bodies are what carries us through this life. The more you ignore the more issues will arise.

Booking Sessions with me will allow me to see where there are imbalances, where there are blockages that need to be released. They show me which part of the body is needing more care and attention for you to be at your best.

People have no problems making sure they get regular oil changes so why wouldn't you schedule your wellness appointment, making sure you to are running at your best? You can wait until there are problems, which will then take more time and energy to fix, that's even if you can at all.

Letting go is one of the most powerful things you can do for your health and happiness. Whether that's letting go of the past, certain people, jobs that no longer serve you and habits. Let go of what was, to allow what is and will be. We need to make room physically , mentally and emotionally so betterment can enter. We need to make space for us to grow and evolve into better versions of us.

Journaling helps to let go, body movements help us to transmute the negative energy out of our bodies, being out in nature also helps. Clearing out our homes of the extras we no longer need. (check those closets and storage boxes)

The important thing is to acknowledge that things need to leave in order to have the new enter. Sit quietly with yourself no distractions. What areas of your life are popping up? Then take action to declutter whether that's physically or mentally getting rid of what no longer serves your best and highest good.

It's ok to ask for help. We aren't meant to do everything by ourselves. Utilizing community is a great way to help yourself.

I have sought out many different courses, healing treatments in my journey to self heal. There wasn't a one fix all, but there was a perfect timing for each one as the layers of what was needed to be healed came and gone. I have many self healing techniques but not all the same practitioners are the same. We hold different knowledge and gifts in our unique fields. Follow your gut when you are seeking a practitioner it will lead you to who you need to see at this particular time.

There has been many times I have put out the intent that I be guided to whom I need to see to help me with whatever I am needing at the time. I have always been guided to the right person, treatment needed. Sometimes I didn't know exactly what they did but I knew in my heart I needed to see them. That's what you should be doing. Change takes action and time, and discipline with your time and energy focusing on the outcome you are looking for.

Whether it's one session or many,taking the first steps and continually choosing your health and wellness are important. Dedication to your goals will pay off, sometimes not in the way we have originally planned.
