As you all know Mr.Shane Rathwell has gone from counting pills, to counting golf balls as he has moved on into RETIREMENT!

Next week on April.14th you will have one more chance to see him and thank him for his 31 YEARS of service at our location. We are having a Care & Community Event and he will be here from 12pm-3pm for you all to come in and chat with him one last time at our store. We will have refreshment's, Women's shelter donation bin, door prizes and we are even giving you all 25% OFF in store on all regular priced item's!

As we gear up for this event we would like to introduce you all to are already existing staff. Today we have our Ideal Protein Coach Andrea and her are some words from her!

"Hi there, My name is Andrea Lucas and I am the Ideal Protein Coach here at Crescent Heights.

I started my journey with Ideal Protein 8 years ago, and it has completely changed my life. Shane actually interviewed me in my current office and hired me on the spot! We instantly had a great connection and I consider him like a father figure. He has always been there to give me great advice medically and personally. I like to ask a lot of questions, and I know he is going to miss that. He is also going to miss my great big hugs! 🫂

Shane has always supported me and had my back. That's what family does. I will continue to make him proud by providing the best customer service possible.

I have been married 27 years and we have a son who graduates this year. He is my pride and joy. I love to travel and the ocean is my serenity. I practice a healthy life style doing yoga, meditation, acupuncture, and sound baths.

My background is actually Fashion, but I have always had a passion for Health and Wellness. I am also in charge of the Riversol Skin Care Line.

Family is everything to me. I am proud to be apart of the Pharmasave Family. I coach with my heart, and truly care about all of my clients. Shane will always have a special place in my heart. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤"

With our upcoming Care & Community Event we would like to introduce you to our already existing staff.

Today we have our new Pharmacy Manager Kiara and here are some words from her:

" Hello!

My name is Kiara; I am the new Pharmacy Manager of Crescent Heights Pharmasave!

I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with my PharmD. Degree in June of 2025 and began working as a Pharmacist in Medicine Hat in August 2025. I grew up in Lethbridge, so I have enjoyed being closer to family for the past few months. Outside of work I enjoy crafting, baking, and spending time outdoors.

I have prior experience working in several community pharmacies and hospital units as well as experience in policy development. As a Pharmacist I am passionate about mental health, harm reduction, and inclusive care.

I look forward to meeting all the patients and customers at Crescent Heights Pharmasave over the coming months, although I know many of you already!

During this time of transition, you may notice some changes, but I assure you that I am committed to continuing Shane's legacy and you can continue to expect the same service and care you have com to know.

Please stop by and say hello next time you visit the store!"

Shane Rathwell has been a HUDGE part of Pharmasave Crescent Heights for 31 YEARS!

It’s hard to believe this is your last weekend with us! He has brought so much positivity to our community and has built some great relationships with our patients and staff.

With our upcoming Care & Community Event we would like to introduce you to our already existing staff.

Today we are going to start with Deandra who is our Pharmacy assistant. Here are some words from her.

" I have worked at Pharmasave in Crescent Heights for 3 years now.

I am usually the one you are talking to on the phone when you call in. I fill the prescriptions, build blister packs, ring you in at the till, and generally help out with multiple other tasks in the pharmacy.

When I'm not at work, I love to spend time with my Bassett hounds Ralph and George.

I also love to travel and have been fortunate to have recently visited Tahiti and Japan. I would highly recommend visiting Iceland.

I look forward to continuing my time here at Pharmasave, being able to give you the service you have come to expect and love, and being able to see everyone's friendly faces."
