There have been some gift cards coming in through the shop to various practitioners and some very unhappy clients when they find out they are not redeemable with whom they booked with.

Please ensure you are putting in the note section of your appointment booking if your redeeming a gift card.

*the ones pictured below* ⏬️ are redeemable through SHANNELL ONLY.

Each practitioner is responsible for their own gift card and each client is responsible for letting us know so we can direct or accept such gift cards.

Most of my 2024 donations were through the Santa Claus fund and some were for other fundraising within medicine hat. As they start to come in i want all to be aware and to do your due diligence so that your not upset come time to redeem.
