I'm feeling conflicted today.

There are causes that matter deeply to me — things I want to show up for. But at the same time, I don’t want my daily life to change. I want to keep things steady for my kids.
That push-pull has been bringing up a lot, even echoes of the uncertainty during the pandemic. And honestly, I’ve caught myself wondering: How long will this last? Will my kids be ok?
If you’re feeling this too — conflicted, anxious, stretched thin — I see you. You’re not alone.
We can care deeply and still want calm. We can be strong for others while still tending to our own overwhelm.

That’s not weakness — it’s humanity.

With over a decade of experience, Jody offers mindfulness, somatic and attachment based approaches to her work and also has specialized training in EMDR for adults, teens, and children. ♥️ Additionally, she loves to incorporate expressive forms of therapy such as art and play.
