Merry Christmas

I hope everyone has had a day filled with family, friends and food. We had adventures, treats and presents! Santa paws was good to all of us!

These elves say goodnight!

’Twas the night before Christmas at Pet Park that night,
And the dogs were mostly sleeping… well, trying their might.
The leashes were hung by the doors with great care,
In hopes that Santa Paws soon would be there.

Leo, Rita, and Tobias were stacked in a pile,
Finley snored loudly, could be heard for a mile.
Milo and Toby were whispering low,
Plotting a jailbreak (or maybe just a play in the snow).

Sasha was dreaming of cookies galore,
Huck and Finn wrestled… then wrestled some more.
Remi and Poppy spun circles in bed,
While Capone and Potato shared one giant bed.

Blue lay quietly (a Christmas miracle),
Cooper rolled over, dramatic and theatrical.
Odie kicked blankets, Gibson did too,
Tucker L stretched like he always would do.

Maggie slept sweetly and tail thumped the wall,
Doug dreamed he was ten feet tall.
Niska stayed calm, Freddy gave chase
To squirrels that lived only inside his brain space.

Rocky rolled sideways, Bailey rolled back,
Ollie and Charlie stole half of their snacks.
Gronk slept through everything, bells, barks, and cheer,
Nothing wakes Gronk, that much is clear.

Abby and Luna shared snores in sync,
Jake and Lexi passed out mid-think.
Archie and Oakley swapped beds for fun,
Andy slept first (and slept like he won).

Aspen and Juno made snow angels in dreams,
Ophelia sighed, Elmer snored like a machine.
Nala and Auggie curled up just right,
While Ella dreamed treats raining down all night.

When out in the hall there arose such a clatter—
Santa Paws had arrived! (Oh, this was a matter!)
With paws on the floor and fur on his suit,
He carried chew toys and biscuits to boot.

But who kept things running and tidy and sound?
Helen of Pet Park, the best human around.
With patience and love and a knowing smile,
She’d wrangled these pups Christmas-style.

Santa Paws nodded, impressed by the sight,
“These dogs are well loved, I’ll be quick tonight.”
He filled every kennel with treats and good cheer,
Then vanished with a wag and a festive “ruff” in the air.

So sleep on, dear pups, till morning is near,
With full bellies, toys, and holiday cheer.
Happy Christmas to all, two legs and paws,
And to all a good night… says Santa Paws. 🐾🎄
