Direct billing available for most insurance companies. I was born and raised in Invermere, BC. I studied Kinesiology at Red Deer College before continuing in Massage Therapy in Calgary. I worked in Radium Hot Springs, BC until my family and I moved to Victoria, BC where we spent 6 years before moving to Medicine Hat in August 2012. My passion for health and wellness has lead me to courses in Reflexology, Sports therapy, and Fitness and Nutrition. I spend all my free time with my family, including my 2 children and husband Rob.

Today brings the longest night of the year — but even in the darkest season, light always finds its way back. Giving us a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and let the quiet moments settle in. May the returning light bring clarity, calm, and peace while it resets your spirit.

🎁Wrapping presents on the floor is all fun and games until you try to stand up again.

Your back, neck, and shoulders probably need a little love.
Here are a few quick stretches to undo that “holiday gift-wrapping hunch”:

• Upper back stretch — round your back and reach forward
• Chest opener — hands behind you, lift your chest
• Side neck stretch — slow + gentle
• Wrist + forearm stretch — great after cutting and tying bows
• Cat–cow or knees-to-chest for low back relief
• Shoulder rolls — easy and effective
• Hip flexor stretch — kneel on one knee and shift your weight forward, hold, then switch sides.

Stretch, hydrate, and try not to make the “old person sound” when you stand up. 🎁
