Direct billing available for most insurance companies. I was born and raised in Invermere, BC. I studied Kinesiology at Red Deer College before continuing in Massage Therapy in Calgary. I worked in Radium Hot Springs, BC until my family and I moved to Victoria, BC where we spent 6 years before moving to Medicine Hat in August 2012. My passion for health and wellness has lead me to courses in Reflexology, Sports therapy, and Fitness and Nutrition. I spend all my free time with my family, including my 2 children and husband Rob.

To the dancers — trust your training, feel the music, and leave your heart on that stage. You are stronger and more prepared than you think.

To the dance moms — you are the chauffeurs, the costume fixers, the hair stylists, the snack packers, the late-night pep talk givers, and the biggest cheerleaders. Your support does not go unnoticed.
