It’s getting close to the end of one year and the beginning of the next. If you have unused health care benefits it is a great time to get a tune up before the holidays. Take care of yourself first!

This is very true of rehabilitation. Taking care of an injury is tricky but very much worth the effort. It’s ok to take short breaks now and then, but your efforts determine your outcome.
