2. Dr. Amy is also providing a chiropractic treatment that balances your fight/flight and rest/digest/heal parts of your nervous system.

Use this therapy when you feel stressed, overwhelmed, need a break, or simply need a pick me up!

This therapy uses gentle touch and takes about 15
minutes. It costs $55 and can be reimbursed by insurance providers.

The overall shift in Dr. Amy’s focus is on your wellbeing. She believes you are amazing and wants you to know it too! (But that hasn’t changed at all!)

Hi everyone 👋🏻👋🏻 just popping on here to let you know that I have some exciting changes coming up at the end of this month!

For my clients who haven’t heard yet, I am moving locations! I won’t be very far though 😜 February 1st is my official start date at Allied Chiropractic, here in Melfort. I am so excited to join this team of talented ladies and have access to both massage and chiropractor under one roof!

All appointments before February 1st will remain at SpaFit and online booking will remain the same for the time being. You may notice my hours changing slightly, but please reach out with any questions or refer to my online schedule for available appointment times.

You will notice a slight increase in pricing (effective February 1st) and I will include new pricing below (including GST):

30 min massage $52.50
45 min massage $68.25
60 min massage $84.00
90 min massage $115.50
