I opened Soul's Journey out of a need to heal my own issues with obesity & obsessive dieting. Years of losing and gaining weight left me feeling like a complete failure, wondering why I couldn't figure this out. I was not able to figure things out on my own & needed a coach to help me get to the bottom of what was keeping me stuck. Finally, my struggle turned into a journey & my weight is continuing to teach me every day about myself & my life's purpose. After spending years of chronic dieting, losing and regaining the weight, I have transformed my relationship with food. I’m still on my weight loss journey, perhaps I will always be. But I feel liberated because food no longer controls my life. What I've discovered is that weight gain is not the problem. Weight is a doorway to healing, growth, understanding, wisdom, & evolution. Weight is here to teach us & asks us to grow in ways we don't even know until we explore & ask the question.

Using mind body nutrition & dynamic eating psychology strategies, together I can help you discover what's underneath your behaviors of binge eating, overeating, late night eating, or poor body image. If you are suffering from fluctuating moods, loss of energy & fatigue, or digestive issues, I can assist you to explore the causes & provide you with insight & sustainable tools and strategies to deal with these symptoms.
