Anyone who attended my Chair Stretch and Strength class on Thursday saw me move from panic to progressive after horrific occurrence 40 min before, through breathwork, movement and prayer. It works!

Older adults may feel more fearful with age—and nonstop news doesn’t help. Chair yoga builds interoceptive awareness, eases stress, and may reduce fear of falling. Includes free class link.
