We are sad to have to address this, please be aware that any abuse or threats will not be tolerated towards any staff members, support or vets at any time. Any unacceptable behaviour will result in termination of professional services.
The veterinary industry is struggling as everyone may already know, there is a huge shortage of vets and support staff in Canada. Our current staff is trying their very best to keep up but truth be told, we are overwhelmed with animals needing appointments.
Please understand that we are booking routine appointments 2 weeks in advance. We always try to accommodate emergencies the day of however we are limited in time and staff to be able to manage these appointments.
If we are unable to accommodate you for emergencies, please contact the nearest 24 hour emergency veterinary clinic.
To help us, please be aware that medication refills can take 2-3 business days to fill, supplies and food orders may take up to 3 days. We cannot give you medications for a condition we have not seen your pet for, nor refill meds if we have not seen your pet in a regular timeframe. Not all medications can be refilled.
Please plan for travel documents and certifications well in advance for your trip or boarding. Routine equine coggins may take up to two weeks for results.
If you are needing to cancel an appointment, please be respectful of other clients and cancel with at least 24 hours notice, failing to notify us will result in cancellation/no show fees.
