As I continue to grow and evolve within my Reiki practice, I am learning to give myself the space I need, however that may look. Over the past couple of months, I have been taking more quiet time to focus on myself. Allowing myself to feel, experience, and integrate my Reiki practice into my daily life. Creating a container of love and compassion for myself.

Good morning!

Life is filled with so many beautiful things. It goes so fast that we sometimes forget to sit in that space of gratitude and really appreciate what we have.

Today I am grateful for the people who love me and those I am blessed to love. I am also grateful to have a home that allows me to share my space with others.

Its hard to believe september is already here. The summer flew by so fast, and we're already preparing to send the kids back to school. Soon enough, we will fall back into our routines.

Ensuring everything is perfect for our children can be a bit overwhelming. If you are finding yourself worrying, stressing, and scrambling to make sure everything is ready for your kidos, trust that it will all fall into place. Maybe you're wondering "what will I do with myself once my baby gets on that bus?" If this is you, I get it because it's me too.

This is the perfect time to get back to taking care of yourself. Be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to feel all the emotions that arise with this new chapter. Give yourself grace and show yourself the same love and compassion you show your children.

Reiki can help support you through this transition. It can help restore your energetic balance and ease that stress and anxiety so that you can be your best self for your kids when they come home from school.

Life carries us through many seasons. Some are difficult, and they challenge us to dig deeper into ourselves; others are so beautiful and joyous that we revel in the experience. Both serve a purpose; both are the polarity of our precious existence on this earth. They are part of the divine connection that binds us all together. We can choose how we see the world. We can stay in the hurt and the pain, or we can sit with it, honor it, and put in the work towards healing it. Transmuting it into light. I challenge you to see these seasons from an open perspective. See them through the lens of love, compassion, gratitude, and truth. I invite you to give yourself grace. See these seasons as part of all that you are—your true divine self. Love yourself fully, whether you are moving through the highs or the lows of life. Allow yourself to feel, experience, and celebrate the beauty. You are your own healer. Reiki is always there to help you. ♡

Are you new to Reiki? Do you find yourself wondering what it's all about?

Reiki is universal life force energy. It is the energy of the divine. It is intelligent and carries its own wisdom. It always knows where to go. Reiki is not religion, rather a spiritual practice. It acts as a guide. It is a path towards personal perfection. It gives the practitioner steps to follow in order to begin to heal themselves and to deepen their connection to the energy of the divine. By following this path, the practitioner learns to share this healing light with others through hands-on healing, if they choose to. They become a conduit in which reiki moves through and radiates from. Reiki is divine love and can do no harm. It helps to restore energetic balance within ourselves. It is a safe space to work towards your own healing.
