There’s a certain kind of woman who refuses to accept that feeling bloated, constipated, puffy, exhausted, anxious, and stuck in her own body is just “how it is now.”
She’s tried all the things:
✨ IBS diagnosis & gaslighting
✨ “Everything is normal” labs
✨ Eliminating foods
✨ Working out harder
✨ Eating less
✨ Forcing herself into jeans that hurt to breathe in
…and still nothing changes.
Deep down she knows it’s not normal to…
• fear foods
• plan your whole day around the bathroom
• mask happiness around people you love
• restrict just to avoid pain or swelling
• feel like your body is working against you
• lie awake wondering if you’ll be able to have kids one day
• pretend you’re fine when you don’t feel like yourself anymore
And yet—she still shows up.
For her kids. For her partner. For her job.
Even when her confidence is shaken and her body feels foreign.
But here’s the thing no one tells her:
It’s not resilience to tolerate symptoms you were never meant to live with.
It’s resilience to demand answers, support, and a path forward.
The women I work with don’t want bandaids.
They want freedom.
Freedom to wear what they want without thinking about their stomach.
Freedom to eat without fear or pain.
Freedom to wake up rested, clear, and energized.
Freedom to feel present with their family—not trapped in their body.
Freedom to trust themselves again.
They want to live—not manage symptoms.
If you’re the kind of woman who’s independent, radically responsible, and refuses to accept that your only future is “IBS forever,” bloating after every meal, or feeling broken…
Just know:
You’re not asking for too much.
You’re asking for what your body was always designed to do.
And you deserve to feel heard, supported, and guided by someone who actually knows how to get you there.
If that’s you, comment or privately message me the word “FREEDOM” and let’s chat about your goals 💪🏼
