We’re excited to welcome Jennifer Dunsford Kay to the Inner Life Psychotherapy + Healing Collective team!

With nearly 30 years of experience supporting moms and families as a Registered Massage Therapist, Jennifer brings a warm, attentive, and collaborative presence to the therapy space. Her approach is non-judgmental, strengths-based, and rooted in curiosity and hope.

Jennifer is currently offering pay-what-you-can therapy sessions to help make support more accessible.

I’ve noticed many posts from moms who are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and in need of a little extra support (you are not alone ❤️). Motherhood is full of both struggle and joy, and we are truly stronger when we share the journey together.

That’s why I’m starting a Moms’ Support Group in Milton - a safe, welcoming space to connect with other moms, talk openly about the challenges, and celebrate the good moments too.

Details:
Tuesdays 1-2 pm and/or Wednesdays 7-8pm and/or Fridays 10–11 am (depending on interest and availability)
$50 per session
Tea, coffee, light refreshments & resources included
