Yes, that silly goose was hissing at me as I left for my walk 😜, like I was some kind of threat😂. I have been enjoying my walks around the Mill Pond. That day however, I had to turn around and head back early when I ran out of steam. Rotary park became a required stop to recharge. On good days I can traverse the whole pond, but not that day🛑. I was winded and everything started aching as soon as I sat on the bench. I allowed my body to relax, and move through the pain, while I watched the sky⛅️. Slowly my breath steadied and the aches subsided enough to get me back home for a nap. 😴 I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s disease and Polymyalgia Rheumatica 8yrs ago, it is not who I am but something that I live with and quietly endure 😓. I was always good at seeing things from different points of view and having these invisible diseases has made me really look at how others may be traveling their journey 💫 Drop a heart if you’re an empath too. 💜
