U P D A T E

Happy belated new year! We haven’t been on here much as our staff have been having some well deserved time off this month, as well as people off sick and snow days etc! We were fully booked most days and so we did not do any specials this month, and would like to share some updates regarding our plans moving forward.

In the past we have done a lot of special offers, this is because we had some staff members who would be less than 50% booked each week, and rather than cut their hours we would run specials to fill them up. Since we downsized the spa we do not have the spaces available that we used to. Plus with the large rent raise and backbar product costs escalating, it is much harder for us to do those same kinds of specials.

We have decided moving forward most of our specials will be rewarding our regular clients for their ongoing loyalty, and for booking each month whether we have a special offer or not. An Enhance VIP will be a client that has come monthly for a paid service in the past 12 months, if this is you please watch out for the specials exclusive to our VIPs!

We will still have random last minute specials available to everyone, and those will first be sent out to our newsletter subscribers. Current clients please log in to your account to check if you are a subscriber to our newsletter, new clients please create a new account and subscribe....

If any spaces remain they will be posted on here the night before or morning of the space. We aim to have at least one per week, and these need to be booked online or the mindbody app.

We will hopefully be hiring a new aesthetician soon to work closely and be mentored by Megan, to offer the same amazing level of service that she does…and be available the hours she is not. We will be taking our time to find the right person, and when we do they will offer discounted services while they gain a clientele.
