Tis’ the season for our Annual Giving Tree in support of Halton Women's Place. This year we have lost a few women in and around Halton at the hands of intimate partner violence, the threat is very real in our community. So now, maybe even more than ever, we need to help support families escaping and living through Domestic and Intimidate Partner Violence this holiday season.
Halton Women’s Place gives all gift cards you donate to mom’s so they can buy Christmas gifts for their children and buy groceries to make a special meal for thier family for Chrismas.
The items you donate, gives these families, many of whom have left home urgently over the holiday season to temporary housing, items they desperatly need such as; pillows, pajamas, clothing, toiletries and winter gear (gloves, hats etc.).

I remember when this was a dream.
Completing my Masters degree part time while working full time at The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and pregnant, determined to “one day” own my own counseling practice.
A warm space with genuine support rooted in science, research evidence, best practice and experience.
I wanted to make a real lasting difference in the mental health of my community.

Healing Moments Counselling is CELEBRATING 10 years and together with the COMPLETE WELLNESS team who are celebrating 20 years, we want to acknowledge this milestone and THANK YOU.

THANK YOU, for your referrals and your trust in us. I often meet clients in thier most difficult moments and walk along side you through a healing journey that’s reserved for the brave. I see you, I admire you and I would love to treat you to some sweets and a thank you this Friday if you can pop in!!!

CELEBRATING A DECADE!!!!!!

This November marks 10 years since I opened the doors of Healing Moments Therapy. This is such a big deal 🎉💕

Creating a safe place to offer Individual, Couple and Family Counselling in the community I love has been my dream.
I am deeply grateful to my clients and our community for being part of this journey.

Most importantly to my clients – thank you for your trust, courage, and commitment to growth. It has been MY GREATEST HONOUR to walk alongside you through moments of healing, resilience, and transformation.

To our community – thank you for your support, encouragement, and referrals over the years. Your belief in my work has allowed me to continue serving with compassion and care.

Being housed within the Complete Wellness Clinic is so special to me and truly the perfect fit. Together we are a family in support of your total mind and body wellness and healing.

Reaching this milestone would not have been possible without each of you. As we look ahead, I remain dedicated to creating a safe space for healing, connection, and hope.
