Rotator cuff consists of 4 major muscles:
Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Teres minor, and Subscapularis.

These muscles work together to keep the shoulder joint stable in movement.

Shoulder joints have a wide range of motion, and the chances of getting hurt or injured is high when in a stressful position.

Any injury to the Rotator cuff muscles disrupts the normal functioning of the joint and affects your activities in a day-to-day life, including sleep due to pain and weakness.

Getting it addressed at an early stage, would help in a healthier and faster recovery.

The right advice on how to protect your joint, the appropriate exercises at different stages of recovery, and manual therapy would get you back on track on a healthier road of recovery.
