Are you feeling confused or clumsy? Try the Brain Balancer technique, adapted from Roger Callahan's Thought Field Therapy!

Steps:
1. Tap 20 – 30 X with 2-3 fingers in the valley between the tendons of the 4th and 5th fingers on the back of the hand.
2. While still tapping, open the eyes, close the eyes, look down to the right, look down left, look up to the right and left (move eyes only).
3. Slowly roll eyes in a circle one way and then the other.
4. Hum for 10 seconds, then count backward from 10-0, hum again.
6. Let your eyes close and relax.
7. Check-in: what do you notice now?

If you need to reawaken the system after shock, relieve feeling numb or frozen, or increase energy in your mind and body, try the Four Thumps technique!

If you need to reawaken the system after shock, relieve feeling numb or frozen, or increase energy in your mind and body, try the Four Thumps technique!

This technique can help you feel more awake and alert; stronger and more energetic; joyful and happier.

Steps:
1. Point 1 -Tap lightly on both sides 20-30 times (on the upper edge of the ocular
ridge, right below the pupil of the eye).
2. Point 2 - Rub in small circles and/or tap on both sides 20 -30 times
(approximately 1 inch under the collarbone and 1 inch out to the side of the
sternum (breast bone), in a soft indentation between the ribs).
3. Point 3 - THUMP vigorously with 20-30 times (the soft spot at center of sternum).
4. Point 4 - Rub in small circles and/or then tap vigorously on both sides 20-30
times (just under breast and slightly to the side where the protruding rib sticks
out).
5. Check in: what do you notice and feel, in your body, now?
