Thai Oasis contributes to many charities in the Milton area, and today we gave back to Benja's home town of Bangkok. Thai Oasis owner, Benjamaporn Laver, her husband and some friends and family visited an Orphanage in Bangkok, and provided lunch for the 100+ kids there. After lunch, each child was given some treats, some spending money, and a special treat of an ice cream truck where they could each get anything they wanted. Toys and games were also available for each child. A cash donation was also provided to the Orphanage. Our plan is to set up a scholarship program here as well.
