Dudes.

Remember ages ago when we inoculated logs with shiitake 🍄 mushroom 🍄 spore?

It was our first time doing so, and with the guidance from our good friends we succeeded and looked forward to shiitakes for 3-4 years.

Well … now we are on our 6th season and had written off the logs as being depleted. HOWEVER, an unexpected flush of beautiful shiitakes popped up over the weekend! Combine that with and his recent insane mushroom purchases, obviously we had to make….

It's that time again!

We are taking over Rhubarb Restaurant tomorrow - 💫Monday, July 22nd💫 and serving our food out of their kitchen!

Please consider joining us on the patio for some delicious, plant-based, gluten-free, diner-inspired plates.

In addition to our regular menu of faves like:
