The Do-Gooders have had a slow start, but I hope you can help us change that...Lisa and I are participating in a fundraiser for Brooksong Retreat & Cancer Support Centre You may have heard of the annual event called Haliburton Highland Challenge (or HHC).
This year Lisa and I decided we would try to do some good by spreading some kindness. However, it only works if others pick up the challenge to pay it forward!

If you or someone you know is in need of a helping hand for:
-minor household chores (as simple as changing a light bulb to mowing the grass)
-a drive to the grocery store or an appointment
-pet sitting
-short errands

Collectively humanity is moving through a very unsettling period with intense energy. It is challenging our nervous systems and exposing many areas of vulnerability in our hearts and minds- feeling into experiences that are sometimes exhilarating and sometimes a little scary. When we are able to return to our sense of authenticity that is grounded within our Spirit Self, then we're better able to to ride the waves without becoming unhinged.

Hey friends, Lisa and I are participating in the Brooksong Retreat & Cancer Support Centre's HHC 2025 fundraiser challenge. We are the "Do-Gooders"- good deeds to show kindness to those who need a little joy. Our intention is to raise awareness of the fact that healing is enhanced in community- a concept that is at the heart of every Brooksong Retreat experience for those living with a cancer diagnosis.

For those who may be interested, I have created a Synergy Circle- we meet the 2nd tuesday each month, 6:30pm at Brooksong Retreat and Cancer Support Centre. The premise of these monthly gatherings is to bask in compassionate energy for balancing, healing, harmonizing and restoration. Whether you are an energy healing practitioner, spiritual seeker or feel in any way attuned to the healing power of loving presence, then join us where we can gather in circle to share our wisdom and loving care for each other.
