Our Saturday morning classes are always “drop in” and only $15 cash per class.
Sign up deadline is the Wednesday before the Saturday class by 8pm so the trainers can plan the program. We have a minimum number required for saturday classes to run so we ask that you commit by Wednesday of that week.

BUILDING BONES
what is it?
Building Bones is a Medical Fitness program designed specifically for the prevention and treatment of Osteoporosis (bone mineral density loss).
Medical Fitness Practitioner Meghan Cox has a special interest in Osteoporosis Fitness since most people over age 40 are affected by bone mineral density loss if they are not taking preventative measures.
This resistance program takes special consideration of the areas of the body most widely affected by bone mineral density loss and focuses on using exercises and tension to stimulate healthy stress on the bone so it will be inspired to stay strong.
When it comes to bone health, walking and activity are simply not enough.
Our Building Bones clients have happily reported improvements in bone mineral density scans with consistent participation in the program.

What is it?
Muscle Plus is a progressive strength building program focused on functional strength and seasons of building.
This program has been a staple for over 22 years because of its tested and true functionality.
Moderate to high intensity resistance work focusing on the bodies ability to stabilize and control loads in various ranges of motion and planes of motion.
2 days per week. Monday and Thursday 5:15pm

LIFE STRONG
what is it?
Active aging program that focuses on building and maintaining strength for functional living while improving balance, posture and mobility. Geared toward a 50+ crowd, but this is not a beginners class! Moderate intensity with room to increase or modify where necessary.
This group is lifting significant loads to keep their bodies strong for every day life.
We also add 1 cardio focused day every 2 weeks to ramp up the heart rate to keep the heart and lungs healthy and strong. Each class finishes with some flexibility training for overall improved mobility.
Co-ed.
Level 3+ (out of 5)
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-9:45am

Inquiries for FALL programming have already been coming in. I love that people are thinking about the fall already, and routine and adding or keeping movement medicine into their schedule ❤️
Team JMF has been working on ironing out the schedule for fall and will have it ready soon! (So many great offerings)
I will email it out when it’s ready (next 2 weeks for sure) and we will post it here as well.
Programs fill up very quickly so make sure you are keeping an eye for open registration.
