This beautiful handcrafted crib board, featuring a Tree of Life design, was generously donated by the family of Edith Mullin in her memory. They felt it would be a special addition to our family room; and they were absolutely right.

This game board is something that will bring people together, spark conversation, and quietly hold space for connection.

A quick reminder that Grief Café is not running in its usual format today.

For today only, we’re offering a guided workshop focused on working through stress, grief, and overwhelm in a practical, body-based way.

Please note the time change.

Led by Somatic Coach & RMT Luciano Onichino, this session will walk you through simple tools to help your body settle and reset. Not theory. Things you can actually use.

If you’ve been carrying a lot lately, this is worth your time.

The Miramichi Police Department and Miramichi Fire Department recently hosted their annual “Guns & Hoses” charity hockey game at the Civic Centre; an event that brought together community members of all ages in support of a meaningful cause.

Proceeds from the evening were generously directed to Percy’s Place Hospice. Each department contributed $500, and through the incredible support of attendees and donors, an additional $2,355 was raised. In total, $3,355 was proudly presented to support hospice care in our community.

We extend our sincere appreciation to both departments and to everyone who attended, donated, and helped make this event such a success.

We normally gather each week for Grief Café; but next week, we’re doing something a little different.

For one week only, Grief Café will be replaced with a special guided workshop focused on helping you work with your body through stress, grief, and overwhelm.
