How do we keep ourselves in our best possible shape and pain free?
Maintenance, don't be reactive to pain, be proactive!
Take the time to look at what your treatments your benefits and/or budget allow you to have and how many. Use this information and look at you life/schedule and build in that proactive maintenance...keeping yourself in the best shape, taking the best care of yourself only takes a bit of diligence and your overall benefit...is stopping pain before it even starts!

I hope you all had a safe and fun New Year's celebration, now that we are in 2023, I would like to let you all know my permanent schedule at Dailey Health and Wellness in Mission...
Monday, Thursday and Friday: 10am to 8:30pm
Saturday: 10am to 5pm

Remember with everything going on this time of year, with all the plans, family and friends to make sure you are all taking care of yourselves!
