🦵 Calf Strain After a Game? Here’s How We Rebuilt Strength Step-by-Step

After landing from a jump during a basketball game, my client suffered an 8-cm calf strain, forcing a complete stop from sports activity.

If you don’t retrain the muscle and tendon fibers after such an injury, they lose elasticity and strength — increasing the risk of re-injury or even a full tendon tear in the future.
