From campuses to community spaces, we’ve been showing up where it matters most 💙

Over the past few months, our team has been sharing about how to find to a family doctor through Access Primary Care Mississauga (APCM), access free mental health support through the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program (OSP) and join our community-based health education sessions.

From participating in the Central West OHT Navigation Conference, to talking with Mississauga residents at the CMHA Peel Dufferin Wellness Fair at the Mississauga Library to engaging with partners at the Reimagining Welcoming Cities Peel Forum, we’re grateful for every opportunity to connect people to our services.

We also enjoyed being part of the UTM’s Let’s Talk Mental Health Fair to support student mental wellbeing and the De Novo’s Stakeholder’s Symposium on Healthy & Safe Workplaces to share about OSP with workers and union representatives.

Thank you to all organizers, partners, and community members who made these moments so meaningful—we’re proud to continue this work together.
