I started making protein balls roughly 12 years ago to satisfy my sweet tooth without the sugar spikes.
Clean, whole some ingredients that tasted like dessert and gave me consistent energy throughout the day.
To make a snack healthy and low glycemic, it needs protein, fibre, good fats and some complex carbohydrates coming from natural foods.
Five years ago I decided to share my protein snacks with everyone and enter the CPG space, and I am so happy I did.
The journey hasn’t been easy and is best described as a rollercoaster ride 🫣
The ups and downs, but what remains consistent is the fire in my heart that I have to share my snacks with everyone !!
