Every year, more than 700, 000 people die by suicide worldwide. September 10, World Suicide Prevention Day is a time for us to reflect, educate, and join a collective effort to reduce the stigma surrounding suicide and mental health.
At Sageview Health, we believe that:
Talking about suicide reduces shame and isolation
Education challenges misinformation and builds resilience
Mental health support should be visible, accessible, and valued across all stages of life
💡 It’s important to remember that suicide affects people of all ages.
Teens may struggle with identity, academic stress, or social pressures
Seniors may face loneliness, grief, or changes in independence
☎️ If you need urgent support:

🌱 Let’s work together to reduce stigma, build community, and remind each other that hope is possible.
