Overtraining happens when you train more than your body can recover from, and the warning signs show up long before injury hits. Deep soreness that lasts for days, joint pain during normal movement, poor sleep, slower workouts, and repeated injuries are all signs your body is overwhelmed.

Rehab shouldn’t hurt. The idea of “no pain, no gain” comes from gym culture, not injury recovery. When you push through pain during rehab, you irritate tissues, increase inflammation, and make healing slower and harder.

Safe rehab feels controlled and manageable. Mild stretching, light effort, and brief muscle fatigue are normal. Sharp pain, lingering soreness, and pain that interrupts sleep are signs something is wrong.

Physiotherapy helps you heal with the right balance of hands-on treatment, mobility work, and strength building, all without stressing injured tissues.

If rehab has been painful or frustrating, you don’t need to push harder. You need the right plan.
