Caring for others is meaningful work, and it also asks a lot of the nervous system.
I’ve learned that when I take time to reset and regulate my own system, I can show up more present, grounded, and attentive for every patient who walks through the door.
Sound baths have become one of the ways I do that—creating space for stillness, balance, and a deeper exhale.
Self-care isn’t indulgent. It’s what allows me to care well.
