This was my first wellness retreat — a gift to myself after a challenging year with my health, and a reminder that healing doesn’t always come from doing more.

My time at Grail Springs Retreat was filled with quiet nature, nourishing vegetarian food, gentle movement, warmth, and stillness — everything working together to help my body slow down and soften.

Sometimes healing is found in rest.
In doing less.
In giving yourself permission to slow down.

I’ve learned that when I take time to reset and regulate my own system, I can show up more present, grounded, and attentive for every patient who walks through the door.

Went to a hammock soundbath this weekend and reached peak relaxation — I fell asleep and my snores joined the soundtrack. 😂
