Physical wellbeing goes hand in hand with achieving a balanced lifestyle. As a holistic practitioner part of my approach and techniques include understanding how and helping you connect to your body. Your physical regimen and care plays a significant role in your overall wellbeing. If you are in the GTA check out and find out how you can ‘feel’ the difference. A deep myofascial release can help in so many ways but to speak for myself. It supports me with stress and pain relief, relaxation which has previously been a struggle for me and helps with my flexibility. It’s an add on to my yoga practice. And honestly speaking… a really good pain 😜needed for when I fall off my game as we all do at times.
