👋Meet Mitalee, our Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.

Mitalee has advanced training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and treats a wide range of female and male pelvic health conditions, including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, prolapse, pregnancy-related concerns, postpartum recovery, and post-surgical pelvic rehabilitation.

She is trained in conservative management of prolapse and incontinence, and integrates breathing strategies, pressure management, and core-pelvic coordination into treatment. Her approach is holistic and evidence-based, with care plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
