Mental Health Week - May 4 - 10, 2020

We say we’re fine, even when the truth is we’re ecstatic, exhausted, grateful. Or even freaking out. Every time we just go through the motions, we miss out on the chance to connect for real. In times of crisis like this, we need each other more than ever.

Tips on Effective Handwashing:
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 15-20 seconds (This is equivalent to singing the “Happy Birthday” song twice)
- If you don’t have access to soap and water, use a hand sanitizer with alcoholic solutions or gels
- If possible, remove all hand and wrist jewellery and ensure that you scrub under your fingernails

Teach your children the steps to a thorough hand-washing.
