• The body as a unit (holistic approach)… nothing is happening by itself, there’s a whole system supporting the dysfunction… we have to look at it from all aspects
• Structure-function relationship
If the structure is stuck or unable to have full range of motion it’s not going to function at its best potential… gotta make everyone move in the best way possible
• Self-healing and self-regulation principles… if everything is in its rightful “place” in the body, your system will start to heal and regulate itself into health
