The holidays can be joyful but also stressful, especially for someone with a brain injury, caregivers, or someone with limited family or financial support.

This workshop will explore these challenges and offer tools to help navigate the season more easily with clarity and compassion.

Those attending in person will also benefit from grounding, hands-on sensory activities for anyone who may feel alone during the holidays.
