The Mint team had the unique privilege of taking to the ice with Canadian figure skating legend Elvis Stojko at the Canadian Olympic Foundation’s Opening Ceremony Skate, kicking off the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games.

A two-time Olympic silver medallist and three-time World Champion, Elvis is one of the most iconic athletes in Canadian sport. Skating alongside him made this an incredibly special and memorable experience for our team members who participated.

It was a fun, inspiring, and meaningful way to celebrate the Olympic spirit and show our support for Canadian athletes at this year’s games.

As a supporter of the Canadian Olympic Foundation’s “Great to Gold” initiative, the Mint team is proud to be backing snowboarder Elizabeth Hosking at the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games.

Heading to her third Olympics, Elizabeth continues to make waves in her event. In January this year, Elizabeth brought home a big win with a World Cup gold on home snow in Calgary.

All of us at Mint will be cheering for her along with the rest of Team Canada’s great athletes at the Milano Cortina games! 🏂🇨🇦

It’s been an exciting start to winter at Mint. From giving back to our community to connecting across the industry, the Mint team has been active and engaged on multiple fronts.

A highlight, as always, was our participation in the Holiday Helpers drive, an annual tradition that brings our team together in support of families and communities in need. We were also pleased to attend the Police Chiefs Gala in Toronto, supporting public safety leadership and community initiatives.

On the industry front, our team connected with peers at the CAPDM Executive Conference in Montréal and continued to engage directly with industry stakeholders on key policy issues. We also made time to strengthen our team culture, including getting on the court at the legendary OVO Raptors practice facility for some great team bonding, exercise, and plenty of laughs.

On Saturday, November 22nd, all of us at Mint Pharmaceuticals were honoured to receive the Generic Partner of the Year award from OnPharm-United.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to the OnPharm-United leadership, including Sherif Guorgui (FFIP), Fady Fares, Ramez Tawfik and David Montisano, MBA, the Board of Directors, and every member of this incredible organization. Community pharmacy is the heartbeat of Canadian healthcare and an essential hub that supports patients every single day.

At Mint, we remain focused on delivering differentiated products that strengthen the Canadian pharmaceutical supply chain. This work has never been more important than it is today and we are grateful for your trust, partnership and continued collaboration.

It was also a pleasure spending time with Associate Minister of Small Business Nina Tangri, MPP Deepak Anand, OPA Board Chair Hitesh Pandya, ICD.D RPh, and the OnPharm-United leadership team. It was a great evening of industry leaders all working toward a stronger and more resilient healthcare ecosystem that Mint is proud to be a part of.

It’s been a dynamic fall for the Mint team. From connecting with customers and industry partners across Canada and beyond, to sharing ideas and energy at major industry events, our team has been in full collaboration mode.

Closer to home, our annual food drive with Food Banks Mississauga was another success. Thanks to everyone who helped support local families in need.

And, of course, we made time for a little creativity and laughter through our annual Halloween costume contest — always a Mint tradition worth celebrating.

Here’s to closing out the year with connection, community, and collaboration.

Baseball is an annual tradition at Mint. Last week, sixty of our team members gathered for our end-of-summer social to watch the league-leading Toronto Blue Jays make an amazing eighth-inning comeback for a 9-8 victory against the Minnesota Twins.

For the Mint staff and friends from the industry gathered there (including Kimloy Goodial of Whole Health Partners, who caught a foul ball!) watching Canada's team bring it home was a perfect farewell to summer, and one of our most memorable outings yet.

After all of the challenges and successes that 2025 has brought so far, we feel like we're having a pretty good season too. Its always nice to take a moment and appreciate each other's efforts with food, fun, and a night out together as we carry that momentum forward into the fall. ⚾🇨🇦

Last week, we had the incredible honour of welcoming, Andre De Grasse, Canada’s most decorated Olympian, to Mint for a very special staff luncheon as we celebrated two major milestones:

1) Being named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies by Deloitte for the 7th consecutive year, achieving Platinum Member status.

2) Receiving the Pharmacy Leaders Award for 2025 from the Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada.

Thank you, André, for bringing your energy and wisdom to Mint, and for helping us mark this meaningful moment.

Lucky number 7!

We’re proud to share that Mint Pharmaceuticals has been named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies by Deloitte for the 7th consecutive year.

This year’s recognition comes with an exciting milestone: we’re now part of the Platinum Club, a distinction for companies that have maintained Best Managed status for seven years or more.

To celebrate, members of the Mint team had the honour of participating in the opening of the Toronto Stock Exchange, joined dynamic learning seminars, and took part in a series of fantastic celebrations, including the welcome reception and closing gala.

We’re incredibly proud of our team. Your commitment to improving access to critical medications across Canada is what made this recognition possible.

Last year, Mint proudly adopted Edward Scarlett Park, a 150-acre green space near our Mississauga HQ. As part of our Earth Day tradition, our team joined together once again for a community cleanup.

Through regular cleanups each year, we’re helping care for this important space — supporting local wildlife, vegetation, and our broader community.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Premier Doug Ford, Ministers Sylvia Jones, Victor Fedeli, and Nina Tangri, as well as MPPs Deepak Anand and Sheref Sabawy, MPP to the Mint Head Office.
