Our Leaves of Remembrance are a lasting tribute that honours the generosity of those helping make our new Hospice Centre possible. Located in the second-level hall space, a limited number of leaves are available and can be personalized with a special name or message—creating permanent recognition within our new Hospice Centre.

- Payment plans available over 24 months — just $62.50 per month

Join us on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Sherwood Village mall for a meaningful community walk that honours loved ones and helps ensure no one faces serious illness or loss alone. When you register and start fundraising, you help provide vital programs like grief and bereavement support, counselling, and compassionate care for thousands of people in our community.

As I recorded this weeks video and looking at the space where individuals and families will find comfort and compassion while they create forever moments brings me such joy...knowing that we are bringing the final piece of the end of life care continuum to life is such an amazing journey to be on.

Your local hospice, yes the one being built, needs your help. Many people don't know that of the $28 million dollar cost to build this Centre of Compassion, only $3 million comes from the Ontario government.

We rely on caring donors to help us fill the funding gap services and capital projects like this one.

Caring donors like the The Rockett Family who support the amazing work of the Hospice's Social Connections Space in the new building help the magic of moments to happen.

Green is the colour of the day and your local Hospice.
It symbolizes nature, growth, and renewal...all things that represent the essential work of Hospice organizations and our amazing volunteers and staff.

The care suites in the Welton Centre will all be named after indigenous trees to the area. A small way of ensuring nature remains a key part of our culture of compassion and care.

However, these rooms can be furnished by caring donors to help them grow into what they can be.
