Cervical disc herniation isn’t just “neck pain.”

It can create nerve irritation that travels into the shoulder, arm, and even the hand — causing pain, numbness, or weakness.

In this video, I’m using Adhesion Release Methods (ARM) to:
• Reduce tension around the affected nerve
• Improve mobility through the cervical spine
• Help restore normal nerve function

Instead of just chasing symptoms, the goal is to address the underlying restrictions that keep the nerve irritated.

Every case is different — but when you improve how the nerve moves and reduce surrounding adhesions, you often see faster, longer-lasting results.

If you’ve been dealing with persistent neck or arm symptoms, it might not be just a “tight muscle.”

Most treatments focus on the muscle or the tendon…

But what if the real problem is the nerve?

At the wrist, small adhesions can form around nerves from overuse, old injuries, or repetitive strain. When that happens, the nerve can’t glide properly — leading to pain, weakness, tingling, or that “tight” feeling that never fully goes away.

This is where Adhesion Release Methods (ARM) is different.

Instead of just working on the muscle, I target the exact spots where the nerve is getting stuck. By releasing those adhesions, we restore normal nerve movement — and that’s often when people feel immediate changes.

✔️ Less pain
✔️ Better movement
✔️ Stronger function

If you’ve tried stretching, massage, or adjustments and the issue keeps coming back… it might not be the muscle.

It might be the nerve.

Often times patients can@come in with that "stuck" shoulder feeling. Part of our assessment is finding out what structures limit range of motion. In this example we found the AC joint affected by adhesions. Often times with shoulder rehab, adhesions in these ligaments go undiagnosed. gets to the root cause of the dysfunction by breakup adhesions.

Pain in the calf can be brutal, long lasting and be from multiple sources. As an provider we are trained to look for the unlikely causes of pain, which are nerve entrapments. In this video we go over the tibial nerve, where it can be entrapped and how we can release that pain.

So if you are suffering with chronic pain (pain lasting 6 months or longer) and you have tried 3 or more doctors and therapist without any results, it's time to get checked for adhesions.

“Back of the forearm pain” isn’t always a muscle problem 👀

A lot of people stretch it, massage it… and it keeps coming back.

Why? Because the nerves that run through your forearm can get irritated or stuck—creating that deep, stubborn ache you can’t shake.

In this video, I break down:• Which nerves are usually involved• Why traditional treatments miss it• How we actually FIX the root cause

If you’ve been dealing with forearm pain that just won’t go away, this might be the missing piece.

With we always state that if you have had pain for 6 months or longer and have seen three or more therapist without results to contact us for treatment? Why is that? Because 6 months is a very long time for your therapist to have fixed or at least greatly improved your condition. People looking for chronic pain relief often get caught up with the relationships that they build with their therapist. They know how to drive to the clinic? They get used to the treatment itself, and they even enjoy the company of the therapist. However this is just habit, this is not a long term solution.

If your therapist is not getting you better, they likely do not have the correct diagnosis. This is where we come in. If you have been suffering without any solutions comment Fire 🔥 down below and we will get you checked for adhesion.

Often times we see hand injuries. Due to our busy lives we often neglect the hand because you can usually work around it. Here I am working with a patient who was diagnosed with "Arthritis" in her thumb. During our assessment we found several adhesions in her joint capsule and adductor policus muscle. After three treatments her thumb was pain free.

So if you have been struggling with hand pain, and traditional therapies such as ultrasound, adjustments and massage have not helped, then it's time to get checked for adhesions.

Here we go over common myths and reality when it comes to muscle injuries.

First is stretching makes everything go away. Mobility is important, but the number of former gymnasts and yoga master that I have as patients would astound you.

The second is strengthening will fix everything, strengthening is important, but what you are doing is forcing your body to have a work around for your adhesion. addresses the root cause of the problem, by going after the adhesion itself.

Finally, everything just takes time, just more of the same. If that were true I wouldn't be seeing people with 10-20 years of pain. Adhesions have their own blood supply, they will likely be there all your life.

So if you have been in chronic pain for 6 months or longer, and have seen at least 3 doctors or therapist without results, it's time to checked for adhesions.

With a lot of athletes and runners, we often get calf pain which does not respond to stretching and massage. This pain can become chronic and often times debilitating.

One of the culprits of this pain is the superficial peroneal nerve. Part of this nerve wraps around the calf over the fibula before it goes to the front of the shin. What I'm demonstrating is how we use to break down the adhesions sticking this nerve to the muscle.

Free the adhesions, and free the patient from pain.

So if you have had pain longer than 6 months and have seen 3 or more therapist without resolution. Comment pain down below and we can help you find a solution.

Why do we keep saying three or more therapist? Because if it was a simple injury, or tight muscle they would have fixed it by now. If they can't get it better, that means you have adhesions.

Adhesions form when muscles are overloaded and cannot heal properly. Once they form you can't stretch or strengthen them away. They need to be removed, we do this by using

tears old adhesions and scar tissue by using specific localized tension, not compression to break the adhesions apart.

If you are sick and tired of being being sick and tired. And you have seen enough therapist to make a small soccer team. Then comment pain down below and we will get you check for adhesions.
