Spotted today on was our very own .nekessaremy and Jezelle. Dr Remy provided tips on how to find the right back pack for your kids. When in the market for a new back here are a couple of things to look out for.

1. Straps should be padded and at least 3 inches wide. This will reduce tension on the shoulders.
2. The back panel should be padded to reduce pressure against the spine.
3. Look for pockets on each side of the backpack to distribute the weight of the backpack
4. Waterproof and light weight fabrics to avoid added weight to the backpack
