“Isn’t your strength class a Pilates class?”

Despite being a Pilates studio, we also specialize in approachable strength based modalities. Our main verticals include QB Pilates and QB Strength.

Both classes feel intentional. Both focus on form. Both are small groups.

But they’re not the same.

Pilates builds the foundation.
Strength training builds on top of it.

One helps you move better.
The other helps you get stronger.

From our latest free teachers coaching call: How do you work confidently with clients who have injuries, chronic pain, or other special considerations?

🤯 Here’s the big take away — you don’t need to memorize every condition to coach safely. What you need is a strong framework (and an understanding of anatomy!)

The 4-step framework:

- Understand the person and their condition
- Check for symptoms and restrictions
- Start conservatively
- Observe how they respond and progress from there

It’s not about memorizing conditions — it’s about learning how to think, how to observe, and how to adapt in real time. When you understand how to manage load, intensity, breath, and response, you can make really good decisions.

That’s where anatomy, understanding your exercises, and knowing what they do really comes into play.
