So many times during my sessions, I meet clients who are deeply affected by self-image and body-image struggles. They’ve tried multiple diets, changed dieticians, jumped from one challenge to another… yet still find themselves stuck at the same number—or fluctuating between a few.
The mind becomes foggy, the heart becomes heavy, and the weight they carry inside feels far greater than the weight on the scale.

What truly helps is shifting the state of mind first.
Affirmations practiced consistently can open up blocked energies, soften self-judgment, and create the internal space needed for real transformation.

My first step is always to guide them to prioritize their thoughts before they try to lose weight.
And while Reiki beautifully supports the actual efforts to loose weight in the hindsight. Reiki is not for you until it calls to you—we’ll save that conversation for another day.

When Mercury Retrograde hits, it’s not your Wifi- it’s your alignment.

A client once asked, “Can you Reiki Mercury?”
Honestly, that’s the most retrograde thing anyone’s ever asked 😅

But here’s the truth — you can’t Reiki Mercury.
You can Reiki your reaction to it.
Because Reiki doesn’t fix chaos. But yes it realigns you, so the chaos doesn’t seep into your system.

During this retrograde, remember to:
🌿 Slow down before you spiral.
📱 Take a digital detox hour.
🪷 Journal, breathe, re-align.
☕ Sip tea, not tension.
🌳 Hug a tree, not your phone.

When I began my Tarot journey over a decade ago, I was young, curious, and full of energy — ready to take on every challenge that came my way.
Then adulting happened. Work took the front seat, deadlines piled up and life in a fast-paced city left little room for stillness.

And then, motherhood arrived — right when my Moon Mahadasha began. My fifth house activated, and so did my Moon. Suddenly, I was an overwhelmed new mother — sleep-deprived, emotionally stretched and mentally exhausted.
Everyone said “it’ll settle eventually” — and it did, but it also didn’t.

Because nothing truly settles on its own.
It takes mindful effort. It takes showing up for yourself even on the hard days.
The dips come and go — and we keep rising, stronger each time. 🌸

I’ve learned that so much depends on the Moon — its strength in your chart, your energy grid and how attuned you are to its rhythm.
Over time, I’ve danced with many moons — new and full — and though they still affect me, I’ve learned how to flow with them.

✨ Reiki and Tarot have been my anchors, my best friends through every phase.
And that’s exactly where my heart’s work lies — helping others understand their own lunar cycles, emotions and energy.
